Experience Great July Music Festivals In Friendly Territories

Is winter weighing you down in the dumps? With the biting cold, it isn’t surprising if people get depressed, lethargic and just plain unhappy. So the best way out of this is none other than to bask under the heat of the sun. Top that with some awesome music and you have a warm, sunny festival.

You can find all these in the friendly cities of Britain this month of July. Take note; it’s not just one festival but plenty of them.

Beatherder Music Festival

If you want a no-fuss, nothing-too-fancy, and all-fun festival then Beatherder is for you. It is held every July in a woodland clearing in The Ribble Valley, Lancashire. This year, it headlines Easy Star All Stars, Alex Metric, Jah Skaka, Does It Offend You, Yeah? and so much more.

National Forest Folk Festival

Each year, also held every July, soothing and fun music is played in this music fest. The concerts are held on stage at The Moira Miner’s Welfare Club, which is located near Ashby de la Zouch Leicestershire. This year, among the highlights are The Peatbog Faeries, The Kathyryn Tickell Band, and so much more.

Blissfields Festival

What started as a party for friends back in 2001 now became a sensational go-to family festival in Britain. So if you want a music fest that is children-friendly, then Blissfields is the way to go. Aside from music, it also features camping and an all-out fun for kids and adults alike. This year, it features the funky and indie sounds of Subgiant, Dub Pistols and more on the main stage; and on the second stage, they have the likes of Beans and Toast, Turbowolf and more.

Wireless Music Festival

If you don’t want to bother with directions, then choose the festival held right at the heart of Hyde Park. Wireless music fest is an explosion of great music from today’s hottest stars. This year, feast your ears and soul to the music of infamous artists like Jay-Z, Pink, Missy Elliot, Snoop Dogg and so much more.

So who says you have to endure this gloomy and still winter? This month in Great Britain you won’t. So hurry and buy tickets now. Secure your festival tickets and luggage, and you’re good to go. But in case you missed it this year, don’t worry. There’s always the next time. And you can bet it will be even better next time, so mark your calendars as early as you can and start saving.
